As of May 29th, the Franklin Food Pantry recommends that all staff and volunteers wear masks when interacting with other volunteers or our neighbors. If you are a neighbor, volunteer or staff who is not fully vaccinated, please continue to wear your mask and social distance when possible. This is an honor system.
The Franklin High School Empty Bowls Club will host a reimagined Empty Bowls event on June 10. The event will take place at Franklin High School in the ceramics studio from 4:30 to 7:30 pm. Thank you to all of our sponsors.
We’d like to thank you everyone who worked hard to make Project Envoy a success! Project Envoy, a community driven project, designed to support local restaurants who in-turn donated some of their proceeds to The Franklin Food Pantry, ran from February 1 through April 30.
The Franklin Food Pantry is pleased to celebrate its 2019 and 2020 Point of Light volunteer award winners. This distinction is led by the AmeriCorps in partnership with Points of Light. Points of Light is the world’s largest organization dedicated to volunteer service. Volunteers were honored at a small outdoor ceremony during Volunteer Appreciation month.
